- I taught a variety of science, math, social studies, art, and language arts lessons
- Participated in multiple PLCs that focused on driving instruction based on assessment
- Learned to go above and beyond the district curriculum to help better engage students and how to become a successful co-teacher.
- I co-created a writing narrative unit. I graded students narratives and based my instruction off of the areas they needed growth,.

Highland Acres and Roosevelt Elementary
- 100 Hours
- ED/ID Elementary with Mrs. Megan Goetz
- Participated in multiple IEP meetings and observed online meetings for students moving from BECEP to Kindergarten.
- Taught small group and individual lessons for students with special needs on life skills, math, and language arts
- Taught virtual math lessons
- Observed students in SLP, OT, and PT. I participated in collaboration with the team to focus on student needs while creating lessons and IEP Goals.
- Learned that Special Education is teaching more than just a lesson, but teaching students life skills. I learned how to manage paraprofessionals, create lessons plans, participated in creating IEP goals and collecting data, along with managing student behavior.
Mini Marauder Learning Center
